Pizza + Avocado toast. Woawoaowa SO SO good!! I discovered this idea one day while browsing Instagram and thought it was so genius.
Tastes just as perfect as regular avocado toast, but somehow, just adding “pizza” to the title makes it that much better. Make sense? Probably not!!
But trust me. After making it, you’ll be pleasantly satisfied and fulfilled by just the looks of it. So purdy and delicious 🙂
Serves: 1 Time: 1o minutes
- ½ an avocado
- 50 calorie whole wheat + flax oat mini pita pocket
- 1 egg
- red chili flakes
- salt and pepper
Directions: First, heat pita in microwave or toaster depending on whether you want it soft or crispy. Once warmed, mash half an avocado over the pita and season with salt and pepper to taste. Now, lightly spray a pan with cooking spray and cook egg until over easy on medium heat. Assemble egg on top of avocado pita and sprinkle with red chili flakes. Enjoy!
