Andddddd the toast obsession continues!! I keep coming up with different variations and love every one of them. Like I’ve said before (see details on this post), it’s such an easy way to get in a well-balanced nutritious breakfast and start the day off super healthy and energized. Can’t. Stop.😳
Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes
- 1 slice of whole grain Ezekiel bread
- 1/2 of a banana; sliced
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate covered chia seeds
Directions: Toast the bread then spread on almond butter. Top with banana slices and chia seeds and enjoy!
